My favorite part of being in real estate is EVERYTHING! First, I love people, getting to know them and their desires and wishes, and hopes and aspirations. I enjoy walking property and talking about the plants and trees and sharing my knowledge of the land. And I love finding the perfect fit for buyers--helping them make their property dreams come true!

What do you believe makes the West of Weird/WoW Properties team different than other brokerages? 

I would say that our team possess a vast knowledge of real estate and life – which is what makes up the buying and selling process. We have many years of experience in the area and working together, too. We benefit from learning from some of the longest standing brokers in the area, which benefits our clients. We also have agents who are and have been home inspectors, mortgage lenders, film and music crews and land conservation experts right here in our area.

When I’m not working with clients or scouting new properties, I am fishing at the coast, hanging out with friends and enjoying family! Most people are surprised that I am on an all-girls fishing team. We go to bay-fishing tournaments all over the Texas coastline!

Walking land with clients all day, finding property they absolutely love and then heading back to the office to write up a contract for them would be my definition of an ideal workday. When I get home I pour a glass of wine for me and my husband then take the dogs, chickens and turkeys on a walk around our pond. Lastly, finishing up a nice dinner at the table with our family and get a phone call saying my client’s offer has been accepted!!! Pretty perfect day right there.

When I meet someone who doesn’t know what I do for a living, I tell them I help people make their dreams come true! My motto is Making Your Dreams My Business in the Texas Hill Country!
