Dylan Scharff is the newest member of WoW Properties earning his real estate license in 2021 and closing his first transaction in early 2022. Although he is a new agent, he isn’t new to the world of real estate. The son of Letisha he’s absorbed the business and picked up skills far beyond his years. With his father being a custom home builder, he’s also acquired the understanding of what is involved to make a house a home and understand client expectations.

New Kid On The Block

I’m new to being in real estate. Having just gotten my license, I have been looking to other agents for advice. Everyone I have spoken to has given me words of encouragement, and I can’t tell you how many people have told me that they wish they started at my age. Getting to go show property and learning the ins and outs of the real estate market around Dripping

Springs has been a blast.

Our team is just as much a group of friends as it is a group of professionals. Each member of

the WoW team brings something different to the table and by using each of those skill sets we have seen this small business grow incredibly quickly. Our focus at WoW isn’t to get as many sales done as we can but instead to grow a repertoire of clients who will keep coming back to us because we provided them the best service possible. 

I’m proud to be a real estate agent with WoW Properties! I find the perfect home or apartment for buyers or list properties and find the right buyers for sellers. Connecting people with the property of their dreams is my goal.

I am still learning the ropes in this business, so I don’t really have an area of expertise yet. However, learning from my co-workers about their fields makes me feel confident that it won’t be long before I have a specialty of my own. Right now, I have been learning as much as I can about the market here, what drives price up and down, the value of views, land, water, trees, ag/wildlife exemptions, location, etc.

I’m a bit of a nerd so I have been all over the crypto markets recently. I believe that web 3

will become a multi trillion-dollar market over the next few years because of the birth of NFT’s, DAO’s, and digital real estate. I also pay more attention to politics than I should, but I believe it will pay to be well informed eventually.

When I’m not working, I consider any day I’m flying down a snowy mountain on a pair of skis an ideal day to me. Skiing is definitely my favorite sport.
